Esenai will send half of your referral bonus to you on your referral's first day of work and the other half on at the
first day of your referral's third month. For example, you refer Mary, a TS/SCI software engineer candidate with a
lifestyle poly, to Esenai. She accepts Esenai's offer and starts with Esenai on July 1, 2005. Esenai will mail you
half of the referral bonus, $2000, on July 1, 2005. Mary is enjoying her work and is still working with Esenai on
September 1, 2005. Esenai will mail you the other half of the referral bonus on September 1, 2005.
Q: What if I work for another company?
That does not have any affect on our referral bonus.
Q: What if I want to work with Esenai, will I receive a referral bonus for referring myself?
Yes! You would receive the same amount as if you were referring someone else. And this is in addition to any
signing bonus you may receive.
