Q: When do I get paid?
Esenai will send all of your referral bonus, $8000, to you on the day Esenai receives a signed contract for
services from the referred organization. For example, you refer ZZZ Corp to Esenai on July 1, 2005. We
present our capabilities to ZZZ Corp and they are interested and would like to hire Esenai. ZZZ Corp and
Esenai negotiate the terms of the contract and the contract is signed and delivered to Esenai on October 1,
2005. On October 1, 2005 Esenai will send you your $8000 business referral bonus.
Q: What information does Esenai need in order for the organization to be considered a referral?
You must provide Esenai with the name and phone # of the person that would make the decision to hire Esenai
and introduce an Esenai representative in person to your POC. You can also provide our contact information to
your POC and ensure that they let us know that you referred them to us. If you do this, you should still provide
Esenai with your POC's contact information so that we know that ou referring them to Esenai.
Q: How will I know if Esenai already has a relationship with the organization I'm considering
referring to Esenai?
Ask your POC if they already have a relationship with us.
Q: Some contracts are not established quickly, how can I be assured that Esenai will pay me for my
referral when the contract is established?
Esenai will keep your informed throughout the relationship-building process and will inform you of any
significant activity. You should also maintain contact with Esenai to check the status of your referral.
