Our Process

  1. Receive & review your request for financing.
  2. Ask you specific questions about your project/property to determine the best lenders that will fit your needs.
  3. Identify possible lenders.
  4. Review lender guidelines; call and/or email them with any specific questions regarding their guidelines and your project/property.
  5. Build a financing package that meets the specific lender's guidelines to ease the underwriting process. Time is of the essence. We will require information from you. The faster you can provide us that information, the faster we can prepare the package and submit it.
  6. Submit financing package to lender.
  7. Wait for approval and answer any questions (with your help) that the lender may have.
  8. Review the lender's offer with you, our client.
  9. Close!

Remember, part of the process depends on you, the borrower client. If you do not provide us information and documents in a timely manner, it may negative effects on your financing request.

NOTE: As of January 15, 2008, to complete step number 5 (above) and in order to submit your loan to lenders, there will be a $1500 processing fee that is credited back to you once your loan is funded. This fee is to ensure that we better serve you by not wasting time with projects that we believe, based on experience, do not have a good chance of getting funded. We will gladly provide a preliminary evaluation (at no charge) to determine whether your project fits.
