Marvin Corea is the managing partner of Corea Properties and has been a real estate investor in residential rental properties since he and his family moved out of their first home and rented it in 1998. Since then, he has acquired additional properties as residences and converted them to rental properties and bought other properties as pure rental and/or rehab properties. He is actively pursuing commercial real estate value-add/opportunistic properties in the continental United States.
Marvin is also President of Esenai Corporation, a real estate and technology consulting company, and offers creative commercial real estate financing solutions through Esenai Capital and distressed asset disposition services, opportunistic investments, distressed assets, non-performing notes, real estate private equity opportunities, andbulk REO portfolios through OpportunisticInvestment.com.
Marvin holds a Bachelor's Degree in Computer and Information Science and is native Spanish speaker.
